HomeSpark - Donovan French

Donovan French, Owner

Donovan French founded HomeSpark in 2017 in Bryan, Texas. He grew up in New Mexico and attended The University of Oklahoma, holding a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Public Health. After obtaining his education, he went on to serve in executive roles in Healthcare Strategy. Donovan found an opportunity to improve seniors’ lives by providing exceptional care to them while they age in place. Donovan’s devotion to his family and business has created a successful culture for his employees to thrive in. Donovan has always operated under the slogan “We will strive to delight every customer, every time.”

 

 

Gina Joens, Service Coordinator

Gina Jones, Service Coordinator

Gina, a dedicated service coordinator with over 16 years experience in housing administration and senior care, passionately uplifts the quality of life for the underserved and elderly in the Brazos Valley, the community she was born and raised in. Currently pursuing a Bachelors in healthcare administration at Sam Houston State University, Gina seamlessly balances her academic pursuits with raising her son Kaleb, an active member of his high school band and Lil’ & Elite Wranglers. Committed to making a positive impact, Gina's journey is marked by a heartfelt dedication to community well-being and a drive to enhance the lives of those she serves.

 

 

 

 

Cameron Rameriz, Senior Director of Operations

Cameron was instrumental in launching HomeSpark's first agency in 2017. His development and operational leadership put HomeSpark on the map as a top employer and provider in the local home care industry. He is native to College Station, Texas, where HomeSpark's National Resource Center is located. After obtaining a bachelor's and master's degree in Health Programming from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, Cameron has held executive roles at senior living and healthcare technology organizations. He also holds the distinguishment as a Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®) through National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). Cameron found his life's passion at HomeSpark, providing high-quality care for seniors, and now looks to impart his passion to other home care entrepreneurs. Additionally, he values time spent with his wife and five kids.
